Committed to a better Me

I have used mfp to track my food intake previously but never joined the community. I got a Garmin vivofit back in the spring in an attempt to refresh my stagnant commitment to become a better me. I like that the 2 programs can be synced together to give me a good look at calories IN and calories OUT.
I am hoping that becoming part of the community will help me stay focused on my commitment and not get overwhelmed and give up, again.
My true goal is to change my outlook on food and exercise. Yes, I want to lose some weight, but mostly I want to look forward to exercising every day and eating good healthy food. I am 'a bit' ADD. So, I am all about instant gratification.
And staying on track for the long run is very daunting. Hopefully I can focus on one day at a time and be OK with small victories. Please friend me if you are like minded.
