Walmart chicken breasts

I bought the 10 dollar pack of chicken from Walmart and I searched maple leaf chicken in the database and when I log 5oz it says 153 calories. Does this sound right? It was cooked in the crockpot with a jar of salsa so I'll add a serving of salsa when I log it.

Is the database entry for 5 oz raw or cooked? If it is raw, that sounds right to me, but it will weigh less when it is cooked.0

Hmm I don't think it specified0

I would guess it's probably for raw chicken then. If it was me, I would just weigh out 4 oz of cooked chicken and log it as the 5 oz raw.0

Or you could weigh the entire cooked dish and divide it into however many servings you want from it.0

If you're logging it raw, used the raw weight. Thats the weight before its cooked.
If you're logging it cooked, use the cooked weight.
It's too late now, lol, but next time, weigh the chicken before you mix it up with other stuff and use the raw entry.0 -
All the breasts are diff weights lol and they're all cooked together.0
