Hi. My name is Kerry. I've been changing my diet and exercising for about 6 weeks so far. Although I've only lost 2 lbs, I'm down about a size and a smidge. It's frustrating not losing lbs, but Im over 40 and accepting what I read about lbs vs inch losss.
Anyway, would love to be friends with anyone interested in getting and giving support. Thanks for reading. :)

    Hi Kerry, don't despair, a slow and steady weight loss is the best weight loss, and bear in mind that you may be generating muscle and losing fat, so whilst your weight isn't drastically dropping you are in fact more likely to be toning up
