This. Skinny taste is awesome - but my favorite is 1/4-1/3 cup equal parts of honey and Dijon mustard with some fresh cracked pepper and a little thyme or rosemary. Mix the sauce and pour on the chicken - bake until done. I like boneless skinless thighs.

Rub chicken with olive oil, minced garlic and blackening seasoning before you bake it. It sounds spicy but it is not. Really delicious and smell so good. Got the recipe in a Virginia Cookbook.

I am also a fan of Herbs de Provenance too.

I marinade it in a little olive oil, white wine vinegar, herbs (basil, time, rosemary...little of this, little of that), garlic, then bbq. YUM!
