Has anyone ever tried blogilates? Did you get results from it?

    I do the workout calendar each month for it. It depends what results you are looking for. I do a lot of running and weight exercise anyway and use blogilates to ensure I stretch properly etc. Definitely increases flexibility and muscle tone though

    I used to do it regularly and found it to be great alternative to my usual strength training with free weights...I still do some of Casey's workouts but these days I prefer to run/walk - I'm more consistent when I stick to workouts I love :smile:

    You'll get results from any workout you put the effort into as long as you're consuming less calories than you burn, if weight loss is your only goal. whether or not you'll get results from blogilates depends on the results you're looking for.

    Im looking to lose weight and tone up. I do different every day so some days I do pilaties some days I do strength training with weights but I try to do 3 of caseys short work outs a day. Thanks :)
