No one can make you want to change your habits, unless it is something you really want, for yourself, it is not happening. Try small steps perhaps? Like getting into an exercise routine. It will not contribute necessarily to much weight loss by itself, but knowing you are putting the effort to exercise might help you stay motivated in eating better too. Just make sure you pick something you really like doing, so you will not get bored.0

Baby steps indeed! Choose one thing--maybe just logging all of your on MFP--don't beat yourself up, dont judge, don't try to reduce your calories--just log..
Do that for a week, then make one more change--maybe committing to a short 5-10 minute walk every day for a week.
Then when those things feel "normal", like everyday life, do one more thing: start concentrating on hitting your MFP calorie goal. You can review your log for the previous two weeks and identify places uou can make small changes--a substitution here, smaller portion sizes there . .
Just dont try to become a new person overnight. It took you 27 years to become you. Don't be too impatient to become a new you--because that will take some time!0 -
If you have no motivation, I'm afraid you're doomed to fail. Nothing anyone can say or do will make you change your habits but you.
But yes, baby steps-you have built these bad habits up over a long period of time most likely, so it won't be easy to break them.0
