My muscle in my front left thigh is hurting like crazy and started when I did lunges with weights earlier. Am I doing something wrong or can it be some type of cramp or something?
A bunch of years ago I most likely got some damage in my muscle after a minor accident. Can that have something to do with it? Every time I get that kind of pain it's only in the left one.. Really annoying!! :persevere:

Possibly. Some injuries don't heal perfectly.

Let us know if this stretch helps:

Hold for 30 seconds and do it right before lunges, and a few times a day too. Only do the left side (right foot forward).

Do a warmup set of lunges with no weights before using weights. :+1:

A good chiropractor. Hip was out causing pain in front thigh, loss of strength and movement also.chirp did a quick adjustment and everything felt good again. Strength back immediately.

You can get an assessment by an orthopedist for accuracy. If it's just the left one, I'm going to assume you're right footed? If so, then your left side is just lagging in strength and conditioning.

Stretch more before and after? I'm dealing with inner thigh groin to knee pain a lot and stabby pain usually means a bit of a strain for me. I'm trying to be careful to stretch wayyy more now before and after.
