    Yeah, me too.

    It's nice as the base of a vegetable / fruit smoothie though, much like spinach.

    That's actually what I do, my smoothie this morning was 85g spinach/15g kale for the base.

    I actually read an article on FB the other day (obviously I believe everything posted on FB) claiming that eating too much Kale is actually dangerous because you get too much Thallium in it (a metal).

    I've still never tried the stuff and don't really care to...
