Hi everyone. I have lost wieght in the past using this app. I have gained about 20 of it back and do not want to gain anymore! So I am taking control and hope to re-lose the 20. I have been having trouble losing and even maintaning so I am hoping this app will help. I am fairly active but seem to be having more trouble keeping weight off than I have had in the past. I am entering my late 20's so I am thinking that my metabolism may be changing, but hopfuly I can do my best to change up my eating to lose the pounds by staying strict and being more healthy. Hoping to gain some support here! Good luck everyone!!
