College student cutting down and preparing for contest prep. This is the first time using my fitness pal, usually I kept track of all of macros and calories on paper but that's no fun. I am an experienced bodybuilder, PM for advice.

Hi mate. I recently joined mfp also. I also am a regular gym enthusiast aged 40 at 6.1ft at15.3 stone. Wondered if you could give me some info on how to calculate my daily calories and macros as a starting point to get in good condition. Thanks greig.
