I have an open diary and would love advice on how I can clean up my diet. I try my best to eat as best as I can. I obviously still have slip ups now and then and specially on weekends. I just went to the doctor for my PCOS problems she has switched up my regimen of meds. She seems optimistic for this to finally be what helps me take off. My levels have improved since the beginning go the year and I am happy with that. Anyways since I am starting new regimen of supplements I asked myself, what more can I do?

So here I am open for suggestions. Thank you!

Well, from what I see there for today, you need to increase your protein and fat while proportionally decreasing your carb intake. Even though fresh fruit is good for you in that it has vitamins, minerals and fiber, to some degree, they all contain fructose which is directly implicated in the formation of fat. Two servings a day of fruit is enough. Don't be afraid of fat. Fat is what makes you satisfied and feel full much more than anything else. And you need it for hormonal function.

Start with adding some strength training to your regime. Fire 30 is good cardio.

As for diet, target 1 gram of protein for pound of lean body mass and 0.35 pounds of fat per pound of overall body weight. Do that while still eating a good amount of fruit and veggies and you should see progress. Also, rather than eating so low work on setting your TDEE correctly and nailing your calories consistently.
