Hey. What's better? The scales or inches? I heard the scale measures weight, water and temperature!!

What do you use? I may switch to inches etc

Hot things are lighter. So obviously, if you eat a hot meal you will weigh less /sarcasm

Anyways, do both if you want. Nothing says you have to do one or the other. I started doing just weight. Recently I started measuring myself, but I still weigh myself. When I get down to my goal weight I am going to buy a set of body fat calipers.

The mirror is the best metric for me. I don't really care about pounds or inches. It's all about look and feel for me.

I'd say both - or what makes you keep going. I've lost 50lbs but almost no inches. If I only measured I would have quit long ago.

I use both. Lol. So if I'm not losing weight but losing inches, or gaining weight but losing inches, I know it's muscle.
