BELLY FAT...

So I am losing weight pretty well and not finding it difficult to eat right or exercise. My rich friend gives me clothes all the time and she' s given me some and they fit except in the belly area. I am hoping they will fit better when I loose another 15-20 pounds but WHAT IF THE BELLY FAT DOESNT GO AWAY???!!! What if I loose a bunch of weight and I still have this huge spare tire??!. Is there something I can do to make sure that I slim down in the stomach area??!!

Spot reduction of fat is impossible. If you keep lowering your BF% fat will come off of your belly too. Also, if you're doing ab exercises with the intention of burning belly fat, they don't work. If anything you're building ab muscle under your fat and pushing the fat out. Eat at a deficit and it will come off eventually0

Alas, this is the last area to reduce. We lose wt from the outside, inward so the stomach is the last to go. In the past, when I've lost a fair amt of wt, I have had people ask me when my baby is due. Well, at least they think I'm young enough to actually have a baby!0
