I could use some extra support for a bit!

About a year go I was given a 1 year membership at the gym. And I admit that for the first 8 months or so, I only used it intermittently. It was a gift that I wasted. A few months ago, I completely changed my attitude and outlook on things. I got my *kitten* off the couch and I got into the gym. And I gotta say that the results have been amazing. I am, at times, tempted to go down "Could-a-Should-a" road and think about what I could've done differently. But that never does anyone any good.

Getting back on track now....

I'm gonna need some extra support here for a bit. My gym membership expires tomorrow and I just don't have it in my budget to keep the membership.

(Pause)

I'm at work and that pause was my lunch break. I spent it thinking about how important fitness and health have become to me and how much I can sacrifice somewhere else in order to keep the membership. What I came to is that no matter what, I can't fit it in this month....next month maybe (actually probably).

What this means is that one of my two biggest support structures is no longer there. Until I can develop new habits of exercising outside of the gym, I am gonna call on you guys to help keep me on track. I've come too far to go back.
