Haven't gone to the gym in 4 days and I feel guilty

I have been going almost everyday except Sunday's. Since my daughter went on Summer break, I have been sleeping in and skipping the gym. My normal routine was up at 7am dropping her off at school at 8am and going straight to the gym. Now that she's home, she's sleeping in later and so am I. I can only go during the morning due to my husbands work schedule. Gym doesn't have a daycare and I don't have anyone to watch my daughter later in the day. I set my alarm and vow to wake up and go but I've been turning the alarm off and going back to sleep. I am still watching what I eat but I get so down on myself for not going to the gym. :frown:

    You need to remember why you started going to the gym and eating healthier in the first place! Remember what's motivating you. Also, if going to the gym isn't cutting it for you, you should try some at home work outs. There's tons on YouTube that you can do for free :) Maybe you can try to get your daughter to exercise with you later in the day! You need to remember that it's important to you, and that you need to keep going. Good luck!

    That's a good thing! When you can go a week without doing anything and feel fine you know you've stumbled too far.

    I haven't lifted since Saturday so I feel lazy right with ya.
