Will Power Till Lunch

Hi all.
So this is my story im a 29 year old full time working lady will an energetic 3 year old boy. I definately get the exercise so for me it food choices.
I need 20lb off not much but its not going to happen without trying! I have will power until lunch time when im so hungry I grab the first thing I fancy. Not good so im back on here to get my bum in gear.

Anyone got some tips?

    Make your lunch in the morning, pre plan each day

    Ive tried that. I am that weak. Think i could get a few new recipes and give it another try.

    A breakfast that keeps me full until lunch has protein, fat & fiber. Greek yogurt, berries, Fiber One and sliced almonds.

    Then I pack lunch (typically) with a veggie side and a fruit side. I can split these up if needed. Some people eat more than 3 meals....the same calories, only spread out.

    I also pack an afternoon snack. I eat this before I go home (from work)....too many awful choices there.
