Am I Using This Information Correctly?

My BMR is 1845. My TDEE is 2911. My calorie suggestion by MFP is 1310. My activity level is moderate. 5 days a week for 30 mins, three days circuit training with a trainer, 2 days walking or biking moderately for 30 mins. I am taking in between 1320-1420 calories a day between lean protein, veggies, fruit, a small amount of dairy (milk, some cheese cubes) and organic and/or raw snack and replacement shakes. I take a multivitamin and an adrenal function vitamin once a day. I've been at this consistently for two weeks. I'm just wondering if my levels here seem sufficient? My goal is 160 lbs. I weight 238.9. I am 5' 6" and 25 years old. any suggestions on modifying this plan? I'm not weighing myself again until July 24. My last weigh-in was June 10.
