When it comes to fitness, I love to be a motivator, an encourager, a supporter. I want to see everyone reach their own fitness goals. What I've come to learn is I am my own worst supporter. I see myself working out while daydreaming at work but when it comes to the end of the day, I get home and make excuses no matter how lame it is. I know we all battle with them, but excuses are my worst enemy. Excuses won't get me to my goals. Excuses won't go to the gym for me. Excuses won't help me.

I want to be that person that CAN practice what she preaches. I want to help each and every person I encounter on here push that much harder to reach their goals. But most importantly I need to give myself that push so I can get where I want to be. Watching my fellow people on MFP lose pound after pound isn't going to magically make my weight shed itself.

With all this being said, if you need a boost in a day, feel free to message me or friend me. I'd love to get to know you! :)

I decided the only time I could trust myself to not find an excuse to not workout was at the beginning of the day. Before work. I also give myself the freedom to have a lousy workout and to stop early, but once started I never do. So, get up earlier and do a short and intense workout 5 days a week. If you have time on you days off, do a longer one. This will get your head and body in the game. Hang in there!!
