What percentage of your calories should come from fruits and veggies?

    just eat as much as possible ha.

    i have fruit AND veggies with every meal. if i dont, im hungry 5mins later.

    Don't worry about what % of your calories come from fruit and veggies. Many here will tell you, a calorie IS a calorie. For weight loss, that is undeniably true. I am of a different persuasion, and I want my body to be healthy, with weight loss being a byproduct.
    The common rule is that you get 5 servings of fruit and veg a day. This is great. You won't harm yourself if you have less, you DEFINITELY won't if you have more, and you'll be getting a lot of benefits from this amount.
    I don't know if you like your fruits and veggies, or if you have to force yourself to eat them, but what worked really well for me was adding fruits, veg, and legumes everywhere I could in my diet. This really helped phase out the nutrient-lacking, but calorie-dense foods. If you would like a point of reference, get friends who are doing well and view their food diaries. Mine is open!
