Feeling Dizzy after a cardio workout

Make sure you are drinking water before, during & after your workout, make sure you don't do your workout on an empty stomach (just something light), and make sure you are getting enough sodium & potassium in your diet. Definitely mention it to your doc if it continues.0

I don't think it's normal. Getting dizzy when I exercise is something that's never happened to me. Even when I push myself so hard that I am nauseated (which is a bad idea), I'm still not dizzy.0
