To Miso or not to Miso

Hi all,
Just curious if others are regularly consuming Miso Soup, to benefit from it's many health benefits*.
I've only just discovered it. I do like it, though it is really salty for me. I don't add salt to anything I eat.
Is there a way or a type that is salt reduced?
Recipes are most welcomed.
Thanks,
Braz76.

I eat miso daily during the week, it is my mid-afternoon warming snack. I don't drink it for its health benefits, just because I love it!
It is fairly salty, but I'm a salt fiend so that doesn't bother me.0
