Marcos & Calories & Workout for fat loss and muscle definition. HELP?!

I'm 18, 5"3 and weigh 103 Ibs. I want muscle definition/to look toned and lose fat too.

- How much calories should I intake?
- How much macronutrients should I intake?
- What workouts should I do and how often?

    You're underweight. Eat in a calorie surplus, lift heavy, and don't worry about losing fat right now.

    But my fat percentage is 21%. I want it to be 18-19% and then get toned.

    But if I eat at a surplus how much should it be? Can I still lose the fat? What workouts should I do?
