need advice

so, im currently 210 lbs, 6' tall. and its all belly fat. ISO advice how i can drop the gut and maybe tone up/not lose the little fat i do have in the rest of my body.. heres the challange. i dont eat veggies er fruits. never really could stand the tastes. besides potatos and corn(i know corn is about useless). and if theres any exercises that do actually work for this i could do. so far, friends have told me parts of atkins, and running/ sit ups.. anybody have advice er personal trainers that know of things that could help?
