So I was on Myfitnesspal from about 4 years ago. I lost about 80 pounds in a year when I started using it. I was sticking to a 1,200 calorie diet, drinking 8+ cups of water a day, and doing very little exercise. My lowest weight was 138 pounds.
I fell off the bandwagon and gained about 140 pounds (yes, you read that right.) Now I'm at my highest weight ever, in my entire life.
After about 2 years of eating 2500 calories+ a day, today was my first day ever back to my healthy and low calorie lifestyle! I realized the only way to lose weight (for me personally) is to strictly restrict calories, so I'm back to my 1,200 calories a day. I'm going to start exercising regularly as well.
I have lots of nice friends on MFP, but I'm looking for more to motivate and support me! I'm 22 years old and 5'6''. I'd love to have friends who eat between 1,200-1,500 calories day, but I welcome any and all friends, because I need as much motivation as I can get!
