Folks who only needed to lose 20lbs

I would love to hear success stories and advice from people who only needed to lose15-20 pounds!

How did you do it? What specifics worked for you?

    1. Stopped buying weekday lunches--it was so easy to rack up 1000+ calories. Lost five pounds in four months.
    2. Got a fitness tracker and ramped up daily steps from 8,000 to 14,000 over two months. Lost another four pounds.
    3. Started tracking calories on MFP. Aimed for 250-500 daily calorie deficit. Lost 11 pounds in four months. No particular plan, just stayed within my calorie goal. If there was anything that made it easier, I'd say individually packaged foods--3 oz tuna, 20 g cheese, one square of chocolate, 19 g bags of potato chips, etc.
