So! I was wondering if anyone can reccomend a drink that helps promote weight loss. That you personally find effective, things such as FitTea, Skinny Stix, stuff like that! Name some if you can!

Nothing. Losing weight is all about eating less calories than you burn.
Those teas usually count on laxatives or claiming they only work when used with a balanced diet (aka, eating less than you burn)
As the saying goes: "If there was a miracle drink/food for weight loss, Oprah wouldn't be fat"0 -

Scam, scam, scammy scam scam...
None of it works.0 -
Water. Unsweetened tea. Diet sodas. Coffee.0

Drinks with fewer calories than what you're drinking now, provided you don't replace the drink calories with calories from other sources.0

Here's what's in my desk at work. I'm 50/50 on intake of flavored versus straight water.
And yes, I know that Bawls is sugary soda. I like it and log it, just like everything else! Drink what you want, don't replace the calories when you choose lower, and log EVERYTHING.
Any "diet aid" drinks are going to just be expensive water enhancers that do precious little to lighten anything but your wallet.0 -
Anything that you drink while maintaining a calorie deficit. No need to waste your money, just drink what you enjoy and log the calories (if any).0

Drink what you want, maintain a calorie deficit, succeed.0

Water
Edited: I'm sure some will disagree, but for me, I'd also say wine. Wine is a great stress reliever for me and stress can be a diet killer.0 -

Agreed! I have a cocktail before dinner most days, and a glass of wine with dinner, and it didn't stop me from losing 70 pounds. Just be sure to log the calories accurately—which means measuring, unless your wine glasses have volume marks on them.0 -
i agree with both the water and WINE. I have 2 glasses every night and measure and log them. I have lost 30 lbs. so far. Still a ways to go.0

No disagreement from me. Wine is a necessity after a bad day at work.
OP: Anything that promises "amazing results" or weight loss I would just avoid. Calorie deficit is all you need. If you want to drink tea, just drink the regular tea. If anything the weight loss promoting teas and drinks are just overpriced non-sense from companies trying to make a quick buck.0 -
None promote weight loss, as its CICO.0
