Looking for an accountability buddy

My name is Krissy. I'm 19. I weigh 133 but my main goal is to improve my eating and exercise lifestyle. I need help transitioning away from "bad foods" and accepting a healthier lifestyle. I really would like help keeping up with my workouts. I will be trying to improve my strength and flexibility. I have joint pain thanks to years of riding horses. I compete on a college club eventing team (which is a type of horse triathlon) and ride about 5-6 days a week, but I need a supplement to this routine. Looking for someone that I can help if needed as well or just someone to talk to! :) One can never have too many friends!
