I started a new account with myfitnesspal (couldn't remember my old log in info, lol!) Anyhow, I guess that makes me new!

I am a fitness and health coach so if any of you are needing advice, tired of counting calories, want to mix up your routine, or need more motivation please friend me. I am more than happy to help everyone reach their fitness goals as effortlessly as possible.

When I started on my fitness journey I lost 25 lbs. and am now at 13% body fat looking to pack on muscle, which is a much slower process, if you are not familiar with body building. 44% muscle mass and growing (started at 41% after the fat loss)!
