Newbie from Ohio...

Hi My name is Brenda... I've been battling with my weight for most of my adult life.. Its been an up and down struggle... I had to have a hip replacement in 2007 and that is when I was at my heaviest of 280 lbs.... I had lost weight after that, getting down to 240lbs... Then stayed that way for a couple of years... I went back on a diet June of last yr and I was constantly yo yo'ing...for every pound that I would loose I would gain 2 lbs back... Then I got a treadmill In Dec and I got down to 195, the smallest I have been in a. while... now I'm back up to 200 lbs. This is where it stops.. I want to get down to 125 lbs... ( I mean I will get down to 125 lbs). I would just like it to happen sooner than later and it seams impossible when i gain back what I loose... So I'm starting a new Chapter; and I thought I would give this place a try. Hoping that having some support from others would help. And be a support to others as well... so if anyone would like to be buddies with me hit me up :) maybe we could help each other!

    Welcome! I'm 36 and from Ohio too. Keep at the exercise it really help!

    Log all your food, ALL of it, good day, bad day, etc... that way you KNOW what is going wrong and can easily see it. You can do this! There's a lot of great people on here who can and will support your journey.
