question on Smoothies
i got a question about smoothies, were i am they not a big thing or milkshakes
i found out about 2 month ago i am gluten intolerance
and getting bored with my food
i want to try making smoothies, pinterest got a few good ideas on different smoothis
i am just wondering are smoothies 1 a replacement meal?
2 can i have them between meals like a snack
3 what the best, milk, soya milk, coconut milk (coconut milk cant get in my area)

1. You can replace a meal with a smoothie, I often have one instead of breakfast. You might find (as I did) that you'll want to add some protein to keep you sated until your next meal. I usually end up with about 200 cals in my smoothie, but yesterday it came to 415 because I added linseed. Just log all the ingredients on MFP.
2. You can have one as a snack. Just log all the ingredients on MFP.
3. I use plain tap water in mine, as I'd rather use my calories for other stuff. Protein powder, banana or linseed will make it creamier. Just log all the ingredients on MFP.0
