working out during gallbladder pain

I am thankfully getting my gallbladder removed on the 20th but have for 3 days now been getting a constant dull ache there that sometimes radiates to my back and increases as soon as I start moving. It's stopped me working out the last few days and I'm starting to climb the walls. If I was to work out would I likely cause more pain or could it be the best thing to do?
Normal workouts are 30 day shred level 3 and a 3 km run. I'm just very aware that after the surgery I will have to take some time out and I want to limit the amount of lost ground I'll have.

Can you go out for walks? That will get you out of the house and moving a bit without it having to be very intense.0
