Carbs/sugar in the morning - PCOS

Hello everyone!

I definitely run late in the morning and feel like if my breakfast isn't easy to grab or I can't make it at work, then I'm just not going to eat it. I have a Chobani greek yogurt (fruit flavored) and either some granola or a piece of fruit with it. Maybe a latte.

Is it bad to eat this many carbs/much sugar in the morning even if my greek yogurt has protein in it? I have PCOS and am supposed to follow a low-glycemic diet.

My weight loss has come to a bit of a stand still, and yes, while I haven't been as good as I was when I first started a year ago, losing one pound a month is a little frustrating when I still work out all the time.

Any bfast suggestions are welcomed!
