Hey!
I'm Rissa and I'm 21. I've recently started the gym and dieting in order to lose weight and increase my fitness. I've a 3 year old so I work around her. I'm terrified of losing the motivation and never shifting the weight. I'd like to make some new friends.

I have went through losing my motivation several times but I'm staying pretty consistent at watching what I eat and exercising now. I quit smoking 2 years ago and gained about 15 more pounds, I'm 6 ft and started at 222 lbs in March and am currently at 196 trying to lose 10 more pounds and its slowed down.
