Flexible Dieters, how often do you fit in your favorite foods?

Do you have something thing everyday? Or just when you cravings hit?

Of course, assuming you are making sure it fits into your macros.

    Whenever I want them. I eat ice cream 3-5 times a week for dessert.

    Anytime I want them, I make room. I eat high quality dark chocolate, I make chocolate cream cheese dip for my fruit, I eat PB with a spoon.

    I have a treat like ice cream a couple of days a week.

    But, really, the entirety of my diet is made up of my favorite foods so I eat them every day.

    I have a bacon cheeseburger about once a week. A family sized pizza about monthly. Ice cream when I want it. I eat what I want when I want mostly. And, thankfully my favorite (well kinda) happens to be a chicken sammich.

    I keep my calories low so I can fit in things that I want like champagne and fried chicken wings.

    If I want them, and they fit, I have them as often as I please. I am eating Oreos as I read this, because I want them and I can make them fit today. Yesterday I couldn't, so I didn't. No biggie.
