August challenge

I am a little late in the month but I just started fitness pal yesterday but I am up for the challenge. 6 days a week on the treadmill for 50 mins a day. I don't know what else to do. I do have some light weights at home and can do stomach crunches but by the time I am done on the treadmill for 50 mins I am full of sweat and just want a shower
. Any suggestions?
