Norwegian wanting to share up's and down's :)

Hi there,
I am a Norwegian bloke who "always" have had too much to drag around. Now I have been at 253lbs for 3-4 years and I am sick of feeling too heavy. I can also feel it's strain on my knees and back, and it's about time to do something.
Looking forward to using MyFitnessPal and sharing my daily struggle towards success. My aim is to loose 2lbs per week, and I know it is possibel, because I did it 20 years ago. I know it's getting harder as years go by, but I am here for the duration.
