How to get rid of the 'kangaroo pouch' and get a flatter stomach? ADVISE PLEASE

I've lost 42lbs in the past 12 months (154lbs down to 112lbs) and would like to maintain my weight as much as I can but at the same time tone up which i've been doing as I have gone along but would now like to shift my focus onto toning more!

I'd mostly like to target my stomach area and I know it will take time, hard work and patience as it's one of the hardest areas to tone up! I hear abs are mostly about diet but would like some advice on what I should be putting in my body to achieve this (and the types of exercises I could do too)...

..anyone out there looking to do the same thing or has already achieved this? I'd love to see before and after pics too!

Please advice - it would be much appreciated!
