I have been on tamoxifen since I was 41. I'm now 44. I've gained 20 lbs. I need to control my cravings. I'm ready to be accountable for myself with mfp.

I was on tamoxifen for 5 years, been off it 7 now. lost weight before using mfp, but kinda fell off the wagon. but i'm back and losing again, you can do it!!!
