I started my weight loss journey in april and ive been doing good up until 3 weeks ago. I have hit a wall. I dont have the motivation to go to the gym ive been eating *kitten* food. Im looking for someone to help me out. Keep me accountable. Give me some tips really anything. I just know i dont want to go backwards but dont know how to move forward.
