Hi all,

I just got a FitBit HR, and I'm wondering a few things about how other people use theirs:

What step goal do you aim for?

How many flights of stairs do you aim for? (This should be call incline or something, because I haven't done a single flight of steps today, but FitBit thinks I've done 11)1.

Do you use the challenges?

How do you utilize Myfitnesspal to get the most out of your fitbit (or vice versa)?

What do you like and dislike about the device?
