I am Michael or bigpap94,have been using this app a few days. I started my weight loss journey at 412lbs and I am down to 335 now my goal is 250.

    I forgot a few things I am 48 yrs old and live in Wingo, KY. I am losing by eating right and not much and working out, that's about it
