Brain turned to mush?!?!

Hi guys. I began my healthy lifestyle journey four weeks ago and have lost 5.1kg (11lbs) in the process. But during those four weeks my brain has turned to complete mush. I don't get anything done around the house, I've been so slack remembering things that have to do with the kids and school - all I eat and breathe is MFP and logging my food and weighing everything and trying to think of what to cook for tea and when I'll get to exercise next etc etc. This journey has completely taken over my brain and neglecting everything else!

Is there anyone else who has experienced this that might be able to give me some tips on how to get my life back on track?! Lol I'm so focused on my diet and exercise that everything else that is important isn't getting my attention at all.

Please help!! I'm 30 and a stay-at-home mum of three.
