Sweet Tooth Help

I always have to eat something sweet after dinner, ALWAYS. Most sweet things are too high in fat and calories. Any ideas for low calorie/ low fat sweet snack at night?
I gorged on strawberries and raspberries when they were popping in my garden. They taste very sweet but have surprisingly little sugar, and are low cal as well.
I've found ONE prune or ONE date works great after dinner as well, but they are much higher in sugar and will make me queasy if I over do them, plus everyone knows the other danger of too many prunes

How low does the fat need to be? I'm fixing to try this recipe. 121 calories / 5 g of fat each.
Double-Chocolate Fudge Pops
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz dark chocolate (70% or higher), chopped
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsp organic evaporated cane juice
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract (TRY: Simply Organic Vanilla Extract)
2 tsp arrowroot starch (NOTE: Typically, we don’t recommend using arrowroot with dairy, but here it helped us achieve the fudgy texture we were looking for! See page 32 for more details on the best uses for arrowroot.)
Pinch sea salt
EQUIPMENT:
4 2-oz pop molds
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a medium saucepan on medium, melt chocolate. Add milk, cane juice, cocoa and vanilla; whisk until combined. Whisk in arrowroot and salt. Cook for 4 minutes or until thickened, whisking constantly. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Spoon mixture into four 2-oz pop molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight. To remove, run warm water over outside of each mold to release pops.
