Fitbit and Breastfeeding

Hi, I am exclusively breastfeeding a 3 month old and had been logging my breastfeeding as exercise. But now I have a Fitbit and I don't know if I should log it as exercise or a negative food item (like some people do). Can anyone tell me what is the best way? Thanks!

How do you add it as a negative food item? I can't seem to do it.0

If you go into breakfast foods and search breastfeeding, it comes up.
I think i'm going to stick to adding it as an exercise though, because then I can easily see how many calories I eat and adjust based on weekly losses.
How many weeks postpartum are you?
