Returning to excersize

Hi everyone,

Just organising my return to being health conscious after 3 months of binging! I had a personal trainer at the gym which I saw fortnightly, excersizes every second day, went to boxing classes weekly and lost 4 kilos over 3 months but I couldn't maintain that - with work and having kids and lost all motivation, crashed and burnt! Now I've put back on 6kilos and I am so anxious about going back to the gym fatter than I was when I started going to the gym!! I know I have to do it, just wanted to hear from anyone in a similar position or been there done that.. :) I think having some friends in my fitness pal might keep me on track, thanks in advance
