So happy to have found this user friendly app to go with my new bowflex M5 machine. I'm on a 5 day roll of no cheating on my diet and so far I've lost 3.5 lbs.! Hoping I meet some good friends and weight loss partners here.

    Don't ever cheat. Make rules that accommodate things you can't live without and skip the rest.
