Hey fellas :)

Hi! I'. new here and I started eating clean 5 days ago and my goal is to gain weight like half kg per week and I'm doing well for now. I'm 18 years old and am well expirienced in gym exercises, nutrition,programs ( going to gym for about 3 years now). If anybody feel like you want to add me feel free to do so. My current weight is 83kg, height 187cm, bodyfat cca 10-12%
