Then this maybe something which can help. My friend turned me onto this app which i think is great to use towards fitness:

Its a to do list but made into an RPG, the more things you do, the more xp you get and gold. If you miss any your character gets hurt and dies.
It all comes down to honesty but Ive started adding daily quests like 25 push ups, running before work, 30 minute walk at work ect. Give it a go, if you need a friend on it here is my code:
