Hi I'm Heidi. I'm 37 and I need to lose about 129 lbs. I started changing one habit a week.
Week one drink all the water I should.
Week two going to bed early enough I can get 8 hours of sleep.
Week three do processed foods, no sugar and no bleached flour.
Week four yoga every morning this means getting up at 3:30 am.
This week , week five I went back to the gym. It has not been easy and I'm so sore. I'm hoping to find people that can help encourage me and I in turn encourage them.
