any awesome DVDs out there for a killer burn? About 45-60 minutes. Anything other than insanity for now.

"Killer burn".....sounds like high impact cardio. Here are some ideas:

For your shorter variety, around 30 minutes, I would go with (in order of preference) Insanity MAX: 30, Focus T25 (Beta or Gamma phases), or P90X3 (workouts like CVX and MMX are two of the best "burn" workouts in P90X3).
If you don't mind creeping into the 45-60 minute territory, I would go with (again, in order of preference) Insanity Asylum Volume 1 or Volume 2, Tapout XT or Tapout XT2, or Insanity.
I know you said other than Insanity, but I just threw in my preferences for comparison. Insanity MAX and Insanity Asylum have the "Insanity" brand, but are different (and preferable in my opinion) to the original Insanity.0 -
